I’ve read a lot of stories about patients with multiple sclerosis getting better after stem cell treatments. I was very skeptical at first and couldn’t believe that anything could help me. After doing my research and contacting the clinic, it started to look promising and progressive. It seemed like it is the future of treating multiple sclerosis that soon everyone will use.
I decided to do it because there was nothing to lose. My symptoms were affecting my whole life. I wasn’t able to function by myself, I required assistance. I could hardly walk, I couldn’t control my movements. I was experiencing constant fatigue, my sensitivity was poor and my vision was extremely problematic. It felt like multiple sclerosis was controlling my entire life and lives of the people around me!
Because I live in the UK it seemed that it would be a problem for me to travel all the way to Moscow, just for some treatment, but soon I realized that it’s only about two hours by airplane, and it’s not far away at all. The staff was amazing, they even picked me up at the airport and I didn’t have to worry about anything, it was all taken care of! The doctors were extremely helpful and professional and took time for me to make sure I understand the procedure and they understand my symptoms and needs as well. I felt very calm and comfortable.
The treatment was so much quicker and easier than I worried it might be. I was in total anesthesia, and when I woke up, everything was already done. Soon after that I started feeling better and my condition was constantly improving. I no longer feel like multiple sclerosis is running my life, and after a long time, I feel like I am in charge of it. I am so glad I came to Swiss Medica, I highly recommend it!

Everything is done naturally and pleasantly here. Actually I do not feel sick, it is the most important thing – during these 12 days I haven’t felt sick.
I didn’t have the impression that I was treated like a patient. I was treated like a normal person, it is true I take medicines, receive infusions and still have some pain, but I never felt like I was in the hospital.
